With over 25 years of experience, Frederic Centelles has worked with several leading firms in London on projects ranging from residential and healthcare to hospitality and retail. In 2010, he decided to establish his own chartered practice, Fredcent, in order to offer a full range of architectural services to clients in the Woodford Green area. The experience and expertise of this studio helps make the entire architecture process as seamless as possible from the beginning to end.
The studio’s main portfolio is focused on the home improvement sector, specializing in multi-extension projects, loft conversions, as well as one-off houses and mixed-use developments in high street locations and Conservation Areas. Fredcent also undertakes grant assisted special needs adaptation projects in the various London Boroughs, such as Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham and Epping Forest District Council. The continued success of this practice is thanks to past achievements and positive referrals from satisfied customers.
The in-house design ethos at Fredcent is to provide an innovative yet flexible work mode to suit an ever-changing market. Thanks to this, Frederic Centelles is equally comfortable working with builders or developers as he is with individual clients. His practice’s mission is to offer a bespoke service fashioned around their client’s specific project requirements and needs. In order to achieve this, this team of professionals assists with the design brief within set cost parameters as well as oversees the project from the feasibility stage to the final handover. Most of the graphic and technical information for each project is produced digitally and where required 3D modelling is generated and imported into Google Earth for a photorealistic experience.
