John Kellett is an ARB registered and RIBA chartered architect and the founder of the KR.eativ: Architects Ltd., a RIBA chartered practice that specialises in bespoke solutions for new homes and existing architecture, in particular listed buildings.

A member of the Association of Consultant Architects, John Kellett has additional qualification in architectural conservation, and has developed extensive expertise in the conversion, extension and refurbishment of listed buildings, both residential and commercial. The architect also specialises in sustainability, including energy retrofits and upgrading historical buildings, adapting architecture to both reduce energy demands and provide long-term savings and added value to his clients.

With over 45 years of experience with diverse projects of various scales, from country houses and residential developments to commercial and industrial architecture, the architect skilfully takes on many roles: historic buildings advisor, project manager, building surveyor, architectural and urban designer, technologist, and more.

Based in Kettering in Northamptonshire, KR.eativ: Architects offers aesthetically pleasing, energy efficient and completely personalised designs to clients throughout Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire. Also includes Wales. The practice uses the latest BIM software, meeting the BIM level 2 standard for all of their projects and providing virtual models, energy modelling and 3D renderings.
