Architect Olivier Chenevart (dipl. EPFL SIA) founded the architecture and urban planning firm chenevart architecte sàrl in Fribourg in 2003.

Earning his degree from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in 2000, Olivier Chenevart developed his expertise in real estate, completing a master in advanced studies in 2014. 

The architect is also specialised in the fields of , having completed training with EcoBilan and become a certified CECB expert. President of the French-speaking Swiss group of architectural experts, CSEA, Olivier Chenevart is also a member of the Fribourg division of the Patrimoine Suisse committee for the protection of architectural heritage, and was president of the Fribourg division of the SIA (Swiss Society of Architects and Engineers).
