For architect Patrycja Rogala, working with people and meeting their needs through architecture is her passion. The Krakow-born architect grew up surrounded by the city’s rich historical architecture, from medieval to contemporary, and earned her M.Sc.Eng. Arch degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the Krakow University of Technology. Currently based in Dublin, she is also a RIBA-accredited architect and RIAI member.
Before founding her own practice, Patrycja Rogala Architect, the architect developed her experience with an award-winning firm in both the residential and commercial sectors. She particularly gained extensive experience in outfitting, updating and adapting houses to ensure accessibility and meet the needs of people with disabilities.
Patrycja Rogala also specialises in historical and listed buildings, and her interest in older buildings includes the renovation and conversion of farmhouses and barns to create one-of-a-kind homes. Whatever the scale of the project, whether for a house extension or new build, or the interior design of a home or commercial space, the architect approaches each project as unique and personal. Recognising the importance a project holds for her clients, both in terms of financial investment and its impact on their lives, she devotes careful attention to understanding their needs, lifestyle, and taste in order to help them design and create the space of their dreams.
The personal care and attention Patrycja Rogala brings to each project shines through each detail of her work, down to the interior design and choice of finishings and colours. The architect’s close relationships with her clients are at the heart of her work, in order to ensure that every inch of their home reflects their unique needs, family, routines and way of life.
