Helix is a young architecture studio with a primary focus on residential projects, from small extensions to building multiple homes. Helix was founded by architect Priscilla Piacentini in collaboration with the firm GS3 Architectes, in order to meet the needs of their private clients.

Helix is a decisively young and dynamic studio. Their slogan is “Small is more”, with the view that a “small” project is always a big project for the client that commissions it - and that it merits their full attention, because you deserve no less. Helix comes from ancient Greek, referring to a spiral, a movement of creation in ceaseless renewal. The perfect symbol for a young, dynamic team, committed to their clients’ satisfaction and to guiding them throughout their project, to design realistic projects according to your budget as well as regulatory requirements. 

When you sign with Helix, a member of the firm will take charge of your project and assist you through the design process, from the first sketch up to the building’s completion, placing their full experience and expertise at your service.

The firm works with BIM to design each project in 3D, offering you the opportunity to visualise your project through a virtual model throughout the design process, giving you a full grasp of the project so you can see yourself in your future property.

This too also allows the team to communicate with everyone who may be involved in your project, such as surveyors, engineers or interior designers.
